If you are inquiring about working with me as a psychotherapy client, please specify what you want support with and/or if you were referred to me by another professional; my therapy practice is nearly full and I am only taking new psychotherapy clients on a short-term, case-by-case basis.

Please note that I typically return emails within three business days. If you are in crisis, please call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or connect with a counselor through Lifeline Chat. The Lifeline phone and chat lines are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If you are pregnant or postpartum and need support or resources, please call or text the PSI HelpLine at 1-800-944-4773. The PSI HelpLine (also known as the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline) will provide you support within 24 hours. Both the crisis line and the helpline are provided free of charge.
