One of my goals in life (personally and professionally) is to help people feel seen and heard. I believe that holding space for someone to identify and work through their individual and family history, including any traumatic experiences that have impacted them along the way, is an incredibly powerful way to support them on their journey. And because I wholeheartedly believe that the perinatal period offers a unique opportunity for repatterning previous trauma or family baggage, my work has always centered on serving pregnant, birthing, and postpartum individuals/families, and subsequently training and supporting professionals who serve them.
I feel honored to have been part of some of my clients most vulnerable and most powerful moments in life, and I truly wish everyone could be held and supported through those times.
